[IRCA] KDJQ + 1

KDJQ-890 has cleaned up its act tonight but I do not know when. It  
was absent at 2100 PST. Meanwhile, there is a 700hz (or so) cycle on  
1030 which someone with more sophisticated equipment can track down.  
KTWO and KMAS are the major players here; I suspect the latter.
