[IRCA] 1340 KTFX now La Grande

My local KTFX-1340 recently changed hands and has switched from gospel 
"Love 1340" to Spanish programming. First noted yesterday with 
Mexican-style music. Heard a  "La Grande KTFX (kah-tay-eh-feh-ek-kees)" 
ID this evening at 1800CST on the drive home.
