720  CUBA   CMHC R. Progresso, Cienfugos NOV 4 0515.  Fair to very good at peaks under/over WGN.  Unsure of outlet and this is what WRTH 2003 has listed for Cuba on this channel.  // 890.  Castro speechifying.  New.  [Hochfelder-NJ]

1000  MEXICO  XEOY  R. Mil, Mexico  NOV 4 0700.  Good to excellent at peaks.  Often dominant and armchair copy over Chicago.  National anthem at 0600; ID with mentions of Mexico at 0700.  New. [Hochfelder-NJ]
