Pete,

You are right. Sometimes sending that tape or CD really makes the
difference. I have had many that the CE IDed someones voice or his own
in some cases that got me the QSL. I am a strong believer in the audio
repoprt. Today where CD players are everywhere, that makes it so easy
for the CE, PD, or whoever to reply.
