[IRCA] Condition Alert
- Subject: [IRCA] Condition Alert

At 1500 ELT, I was returning to Jacksonville (NC) and noted the
entire X-Band (1610-1710) had at least one station on each frequency,
including a poor signal on 1710 (may simply be the truck radio-2002
Toyota Highlander). UNID on 1610, but that may have simply been my
UNID TIS/HAR suspected to be from the Raleigh area. No specific IDs,
but all frequencies were at least fair to poor, except as noted.
Normally the X-Band is quiet until 1700+ ELT, and was definitely
quiet yesterday afternoon.
Hope this isn't a false alarm!
Mike - Jacksonville, NC
