[IRCA] Weak audio on 1314 kHz - 0538UTC

I have had my Drake R8 ( w/ Wellbrook antenna)
on all evening on 1314 while watching the tube (TV)
I leave it in CW(ECSS) mode 260hz high and
there has been a fairly good signal for the
last 5 - 10 minutes w/ some deep fades
