George-
Radio Ole on the island of Ceuta is a good
possibility if Spanish. When I reported to them a couple of years ago,
they were playing rock music while the Spaniard was a news/talk station. Not
sure if this programming is still the norm for both. Both Spanish stations are
now listed as being 5 kW in my 2005 WRTH and are of the SER network in
Spain. Radio Ole is also the SER network until 1830 UTC, then switches to local
programming. I trust you'll be hearing them after 1830, so the programming for
Ceuta and Spain should be different. Ceuta is listed under Morocco if you check
the WRTH.
