There is no requirement in the FCC rules as to the pronunciation,
enunciation or style of the call letters. Many English stations have jingles
for the calls, so it works in all directions.
Sore point: if a station is in the US, it is American. If it is in Mexico,
it is Mexican. Stations in the US in Spanish are Spanish language, not
"Mexican" since, to the best of my knowledge, no US Spanish language station
programs so as to exclude non-Mexicans. This is important if you write a
report to such a station... calling them "Mexican" would not enhance your
chances of a reply.

Another thing that makes it difficult to ID "U.S." mexican stations is their
accent when applied to English call letters. It may also be rapid fire call
letters or in some case's the ID is even "mechanized", which I hear on
occasion. I thought or would think, that there would be a requirement for
it to be understandable.
As far as Disney stations, they may miss ID's, but you can sure bet that
"Radio Disney" is mentioned every other breath.<smile>
