Spent about 45 minutes on 1480 this evening, principally looking for
KHQN in Spanish Fork UT. Nearby KYOS seemed to either be off or
nowhere around. KGOE in Eureka appeared here and there. Main signal
was the spanish ranchero music, assumed KRXR. From 5:45-6pm PDT I had a
station playing polkas, announced as a sweedish-catholic
program...promoting an upcoming barndance on 5th street in Peoria. Have
to assume this is KPHX Phoenix. If I was on 1470 I could hope for WMBD
:-)........What is this? KPHXs community service program for the week?
There were several spanish language stations + snatches of Asian
language but nothing that remotely resembled Hare Krishna programming.
