Aren't they still allowed if it's a station that once had them, changed
calls and now wants the old three-letter calls back?

Hi All,
So, what are really the hard facts as to why three letter calls aren't
allowed back into service? Doe's the FCC really think it's that big of a
deal or are they just being butt-heads and don't want to count by threes,
hi.--- I'm not naive and know this has been going on for quite a while, but
what's the big deal?

Family Radio is not so bad, it's just that they have a "run" with similar
call letters which they probably feel is important. Our loss.
