[IRCA] 1130 last night

Any ideas who on 1130 last night (Thurs. 20 Oct.) around 10:30pm Central time had the malfunctioning automation/satellite feed?  It was the usual “CBS Radio Network Channel 45” marker announcement and a 400 Hz tone over & over.  Was looping east-west from here with KWKH nulled.
