[IRCA] JOUB 774 audio
JOUB 774 is in with audio. A quick check of the splits for other TP's reveal nothing, 0838 UTC is the earliest that I have heard an Asian station. JOUB is usually the strongest Japanese station at this location.
Doug, we're allowed 5 days a year to be off. The only thing is you must call an automated attendance system before your shift starts. 4 days remaining to be used. Always save a few days for the Portland Meadows race meet.
