[IRCA] 1000 WMVP xmting from WLS tower

At 02:57 WMVP 1000khz carrier popped back on and they now have a E/W loop
bearing from me, same direction as WLS!  The WMVP Xmtr site is NE in Downers
Grove, IL.  Believe WMVP is now transmitting from WLS tower!
