It was announced as only a temporary measure until some un-named changes
were made to their forum page.  I don't believe it's to be permanent.  They
still plan on killing it once the forum page is done.

You will not see me back there, nor resubscribing in June.  I am done with
that group.  It's very easy to see why IRCA was formed in the 60's.  The NRC
board seems not to be able to learn from history.
