Thanks.  The last few nights I have noticed the RR LWers on 153, 180,
189, 234, and 279 in by 0700 UTC. 279 is LOUD tonight. 153/180/189/279
are all // too. Probably Radio Rossii. No local IDs.
It used to be they were all there including 243, but that one I haven't
heard recently. I don't think they all run 24 hours any longer either.
Some are on and some are off. 153, 180, 189, and 279 seem to be the most
common. 279 is the only one I have QSL'd, so I would like to catch local
programming on the others.
