John, if you or other area members need anything from Westerly Canada,
tonite seems like a good night to look. Re: your TA ment. 891 het as usual
lately, but has yet to be good enough for audio this season. 621 (always
Canary Is. RNE ) did manage to put some weak audio past WTMJ (brutal for
you, but not so bad here) with a M&W giving Spanish news around 8:02 PM CDT,
but I couldn't keep it in well enough to ID it.
They are having a TA fest back east, and here I continue to get a big zero,
basically inspite of good E-W cx (WIP 610 etc in well) and the only other
audio this season has been on 531 where I had traces but not even enough to
tell if it was Spain or Algeria. These prolonged low A/K periods do tend to
bring in some TA's here this time of the year when they are making it into
PA and Western NY, but this season, I am clueless as to where they are,
other than a few routine hets/ weak carriers.
