Steve,

No sign of it here off any of my antennas. I remember hearing a couple
different  pirates from Portland on the X Band. One I got QSL'd run by
some high school kids. So the pirate might be in your area running low
power too. I think the ones in Portland were operating with untuned
longwires with 5-20 watts. They were weak too. But no one else ever
reported them.
