I didn't hear them cheating tonight, but it seems to happen fairly
often for about 2 hours after sunset.  KLBO also seems to come out of
nowhere some nights.

I've noticed the last couple of weeks that KMTI-650 and KLPZ-1380 seem
to stay on high power for a while after their HS FB games end.
