out. This time I managed two
                     remove my previous tentatives by catching a couple of 
Utah mentions during a break from their talk. New !

960  KNDN (t)  NM Farmington 9-27 2106 P with Navajo chanting noted o/u 
cheating KFLN's nx with weakish KMA in a
                  fade and CFAC not in well yet. Later at 2141 F and clear 
with chanting for about a minute 'til swamped by
                  KFLN. I called this (tent) since I didn't hear any anmts, 
but KNDN is the only Navajo stn on 960 and at 2141
                  it was unmistakably clear as day. Would be new, but 
hesitant to count it w/out anmt or ID.. NK-IL

890  WAMG  MA Dedham 9-29 2118 P-F o/SS QRM and u/phased WLS. "There's no 
better sports town than Boston,
                  and no better place for sports than ESPN 890" and some 
area ads and team mentions copied. NEW !! NK-IL

1040  CKST BC Vancouver 9-29 2150 F peaks backgrounding WHO with sports and 
Canadian ads and The Team and
                Team 1040 ments.  NK-IL

860  KMVP AZ Phoenix 9-29 2225 F peaks o/KNUJ/others with CJBC phased out. 
ESPN coverage listenable for about
                 5 minutes and then a ment of upcoming AZ Cardinals FB from 
Mexico City on ESPN 860. Also 10-6 2112-3 F
                 peaks with ASU coaches show. NK-IL

830  CKKY AB Wainwright 9-29 2250 P-F peaks u/WCCO with Hot County format 
and Key 83 ID in break. Also 10-6
                  F at 2204 ending news into AB weather and temps and clear 
Edmonton ment. NK-IL

1010 CBR AB Calgary 9-29 2340 E and best ever far o/KSIR/WSPT (eastern pests 
phased out) with ecletic rock CBC
                  replacement pgmg. NK-IL

890  KQLX  ND Lisbon 9-30 1940 G-VG o/u WLS (45 miles S) phase null with 
several ID's and into C&W mx. NK-IL

1550  KICS NE Hastings 9-30 2043 F-G peaks clearly atop mess with HSFB. St 
Cecilia Hawks vs Gibbon Buffaloes.
               ID as KICS ESPN 1550, and one of very few remaining non GY 
Nebraskans needed here. Perhaps day power ?
               Again 10-7 with Buffaloes HSFB around 2025 but not as good as 
last week. New ! NK-IL

890  KDJQ  ID Meriden 9-30 2055 F-G o/u phased WLS with Mexican mx ending 
into a clear "Oye Ocho Noventa" ID
             by a slightly excited M ancr. I became more exited as by 2058 
it was VG and clearly the best sig ever had here from
             this difficult state and swamping WLS phase null. !! Dropped 
out instantly at 2100 switch just as WLS started nx.
             Noted the night previous but not as good and not IDable.  NEW 
and ID #6 on RS. NK-IL

1000 KOMO WA Seattle 9-30 2101 P-F allready u/WMVP phase null with Mariners 
stuff just before game started.
            Nice and clear about a dozen minutes later. They get out great 
on sunset skip. Dropped like a stone at 2130 switch.

1130 CKWX BC Vancouver 10-6 2034 F very early to be hearing them atop with 
News 1130 ID's. Was up to xlnt levels
            later and like 1040 seems awefully strong for listed night 
pattern. NK-IL

620  KJOL CO Grand Junction 10-6 2224 G peaks clearly atop CKRM/WTMJ with 
"Living on the Edge" rlg oriented pgm.
            and at 2230 "Family friendly and listener support AM 620 and 
1400, KJOL" New and on day power. NK-IL

600  KVNA AZ Flagstaff 10-6 2150-2220 P-F peaks thru weakish WMT and unID 
C&W (still I chase CJWW). Phoenix
              Coyotes hockey coverage vs LA Kings. Likely left day power on 
for game, but still I was shocked to hear this.
              NEW !! NK-IL

600  KOGO CA San Diego  10-6 2258:30 P-F after end of Dr. Laura talk o/u 
weakish WMT (eastern potential QRM
              phased out) with call ID after a local ad. More chatter and 
another ID at 2259 and at 2300 "KOGO News ..9
              o'clock". Also sounded like a couple 'kogo" ments in chatter. 
NEW and a huge surprise in the best EVER low band
              westerly BCB cx ever noted here !!! NK-IL

1070  WTWK NY Plattsburg 10-7 2126 VG atop WIBC/CHOK etc with WTSO and 
westerlies phased. C&W mx // a US
            93 IDer and add for Air America now being on WVAA 1390. Daytimer 
left on late and thx to Barry McLarnon for
            tip.  New !! NK-IL

790   KGHL MT Billings 10-7 2134 VG far atop KFGO w/WSGW/easterlies phased 
out. HSFB with Billings Central vs
              Sidney. Later at 2232 with game over still VG w/C&W mx and 
call ID 2232. NK-IL

960  KFLN MT Baker 10-7 2236 VG far atop KMA/CFAC with C&W mx into "96 KFLN" 
ID. Commonly on much
              too late with day power and makes MT trivially easy here.

690  CKBF-1 SK Gravelbourg 10-7 2240 VG and best ever after sunset. FF CBC 
pgmg and mx same as CJBC and far
            above pesty KOAQ w/CINF phased out. NK-IL

1390  KRRZ ND Minot 10-7 2026-2034 F peaks mixing with others thru somewhat 
tough to keep phased WGRB. Surrey
           Mustangs 9 man HSFB game tracked down via maxpreps.com. Surrey is 
a Minot burb.  New and the likely source
           of unID oldies chased many times.  NK-IL
