Probably your best bets would either be KFQD-750 or KENI-650. Both are
50 KW ND. KNOM-780 or KBYR-700 might be possible too but you have a AU
thing to deal with that far North. 
I hear several here off and on, but i don't know how many will skip out
of the NW. I know KENI has been heard in CA of late.
