[IRCA] DX Conditions 10/6

A rather poor morning here. A few Australians showed up, but even they
were not strong. 4QR-612 and 2PM-531 were there. The powerhouse JJ,KK,
CC, were still strong enough, but it had dropped off a lot over the last
couple of weeks. Nothing much to write about today. But there is always
tomorrow.
