[IRCA] DDXD-East deadline

hi all,

for those NRC members wishing to submit loggings for the DDXD-East 
column of DX News, the deadline is 9:00 AM wednesdays.  please email 
directly to me and format according to what you see in the printed 
version.  please let me know if you need an MS Word template and i'll 
email you one.  of course, all column-related email should be sent to 
me privately.
