KSAC was calling themself "Talk City" while they were running the Air America format.  I would guess that they were dividing their time equally between Air America feeds, local "progressive talk" and R&B formats.  Going back to your earlier email on this, it is very hard to gain a listener base if you don't commit to a specific format.  Its even worse when you toggle three times a day every day.  Multi-tasking is nice.  Commitment and focus are essential.

Olympia and 1180 Lakewood/Tacoma WA that run some more liberal to
moderate talk. So I don't know what the net is they use.
