[IRCA] DX Conditions 10/1

Greetings:

TP DX conditions this morning started off like they might amount to
something, as China National Radio on 639 was quite decent. But as it
got close to 1400 UTC, cx started dropping off rather quickly. Infact I
thought the EWE antenna might have a problem. A quick check of the
locals and I found it working normally. There weren't really any good
highlights to speak of like with earlier mornings. The filipino (DYHP)
on 612 was quite decent at 1427 UTC and there was another filipino
behind the Korean on 972 khz. Also 3NE 1566 Wangaratta, Vic, Australia
was good at 1415 with a cluster of spots.
But over all not the best morning. Well, there is always tomorrow....
