[IRCA] DX conditions 9/26

Greetings everyone,

A much poorer morning than yesterday and the day before. More JJs this
morning but a few filipinos including a new one, tentative DWCM 1161
Dagupan City (10 KW). This was 1415 9/26 with what sounded like sports.
At one point the ancr said"Eleven sixty one, DWCM" Later a mention of
"the DW station" or something like that. Another filipino a bit earlier
on 719.92 khz, off freq from 720 with man in Tagalog, but no ID heard.
Several are listed, and DYOK was heard here several times in the past,
but at the time they were not off freq. Also BEL3 The Taiwan Fishery
Station was nice, but not strong on 738 around 1428 UTC. As a nice
ending to the morning, Thailand 891 had a nice signal of beautiful trid.
Thai music. This station plays some wonderful music.
