[IRCA] KYW OFF

Rare DX Opportunity....
KYW 1060 50KW Philadelphia is currently off the air.  I first noticed them
off about 0115 Eastern in my car.

I am hearing some rather eclectic jazz with a very mellow sounding female
voice down in the soup.  I can't make out what she's saying though.  Not
even sure if it's English.  Any ideas?  I know it's not WLNO in New Orleans.
Natick, MA?  Calgary?

Also, 1050 playing oldies is blasting in here like a local...presume it's
CHUM in Toronto.  No sign of WEPN.
