Re: [IRCA] RCR 750 Caracas Venezuela



WPRO was the first station I ever DXed, and it got me into this hobby. That
said, I still don't see a reason to write in a way that, based on feedback
so far, is annoying to some members and cryptic to others. Posting in this
group is writing for the business section of  a newspaper: It's a
specialized audience, but the writing still needs to be straightforward.

WPRO is an AM station on 630 in Providence RI, Joel A Spivak was a talk show
host on it during the 60's as was Salty Brine, Spivak was the opposite of
Brine who was a very down home host on the same station.
