Puerto Rico stations are uncommon here in the northeast, since, unlike the 
Cubans, they generally play by the rules. :-)  But they do pop up 
occasionally... I'm fairly sure I heard WIPR a couple of nights ago, 
though I didn't stick around for an ID.  In the past 5-6 years, I've 
logged the following PR stations: WUNO-630, WAPA-680, WIAC-740,
WKVM-810, WXEW-840, WQBS-870, WIPR-940, WGIT-1660.
