Hi everyone,

I got a personal e mail from Fred Vobbe who used to moderate the the NRC
list. He informed me that he has no control over what the BOD does with
the list. I thought he once owned it. Maybe he did, but he turned over
the the NRC BOD. In the case of the NRC BOD, they feel that all of the
fighting and arguing that was on it, it was too much of a liability and
that is why they are dropping it. I still never did fiqure out why they
just did not get a good moderator, such as we have here with Lynn, and
continue with their list. Infact a couple DXers offered to moderate the
list to keep it alive. But apparently the NRC BOD was not interested in
that. So there it is "in a nutshell" from Fred.
