Paul,

I am still trying to get a good log on a Connecticut station from OR.
According to the CE of WTIC, I did log them during the test a few years
ago, but they never QSL'd anyones reports. The 990 Test never got any
QSLs either. Even off the beverage, CT is not an easy state.
