[IRCA] Yellow Submarine on 970

I've been meaning to put this out to the lists for a few days - if you pick
up the song "Yellow Submarine" by the Beatles playing non-stop, hour after
hour (and day after day) on 970, you likely have WBLF Bellefonte PA. The
station was bought by a new owner after a shakeup in the local station
ownerships, and for the past several weeks has been playing nothing but that
song. 

Good opportunity for anyone looking to "ID" WBLF!
