[IRCA] WNTP DX Opportunity

Due to a failure of an RF contactor in the WNTP antenna system this morning,
WNTP 990 khz will be operating on 5KW non-directional all this weekend, and
most likely Monday, until such time as I can get a replacement contactor
from Kintronics.  It will be non-directional both day and night.  Good
dxing.....
