** CUBA. This may be news: for a long time, DXers in Florida have detected a
second, much weaker R. Rebelde transmitter on 1180, besides the strong one near
Habana obviously to block R. Martí. But where is it? An ID clip of R. Rebelde
on the Aug 13 `La Rosa de Tokio` show from LS11, probably off a webcast,
happened to mention that its frequencies in Santiago de Cuba are 650 --- and
1180. The latter is not listed in WRTH 2005 (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
