I just checked 1140 and can easily hear WQBA Miami, SS, no surprise.  I think there was something under it, but can't phase MIA out to any good since there is some kind of utility signal swamping everything.  Apparently the next door neighbors have contracted to provide global communications services.  Until they stop beaming secret info to me, I can't tell what might be under MIA.  I'll check back from time to time this evening and tomorrow.  Hopefully the utiliator will aim its message elsewhen.

   Hmmm...noticed no carrier for ZNS-3 here during park hike w/DX-398. Do you ever pull Musical or other Cubans on 1140, or is MIA in the way?
