The FCC should also consider requiring all AM stations to broadcast in the
proven C-QUAM AM Stereo system, regardless of format. Also, all receivers should
not only be required to receive AM Stereo transmissions, but also at least four
shortwave bands. This is the kind of thing we need in this country.
