The only available spectrum will be TV channels 2 to 6. Most likely someone will propose to use TV channels 6 and or 5 for FM stations. That leaves TV channels 2, 3 and 4. 90 FM channels ( 200 Khz spacing ). The big question is --- is IBOC needed or wanted -- just like HDTV. Do you want IBOC ????
