You're right Tim and it just 'seems' everything starts at about $99.  hi
They get a LOT of advertising from Art Bell and the 'Coast to Coast'
radio broadcasts.

I wouldn't recommend the CC Radio.  I'd rather work with my Superadio.

I DID buy an 'orphan' Quick Charger' and some batteries from them and so
far it's working very good.

I have the CC Radio and even with the Justice Loop it isn't all that
good.  Oh, and the digital display doesn't function correctly!  When I
called the girl who answered said yeah, they were having a lot of
problems with that, especially in the warm weather!!!  So they KNEW
about it? So what's the point of digital readout???

I'd have a hard time buying from CC Crane because of their penchant
for exaggerated advertising claims...
