I don't "actually" subscribe to the SDXM, but I
believe that the txt version comes out first, with the pdf version coming out
soon after. Phil used to include that notation with his distribution of the
SDXM.

Right you are. Participation is the
key. I think the input percentages we get is probably typical of any club,
but particularly with the advent of email etc., it is so much easier than the
old days, so I would guess that the input would be greater now than ever.
Still, don't under-estimate the hard copy group, cause I believe that during the
recent elections, most votes came via the USPS rather than
email....???
