[IRCA] HAR Activity - Rochester, NY

         This is not a new HAR, but concerns the HAR in/near Rochester, NY 
(WPYT547) located near the I-490 and Mt Reed Blvd Interchange. With road 
construction and resurfacing of I-490, this station will be active and may 
possibly result in mobile units being used.

         If you hear the station or any new mobile units, please report 
your loggings to the appropriate column editor.
