[IRCA] IBOC Noise on 1050 and 1055Khz

This evening (June 20) there was someone creating IBOC type hash on 1050 and
1055 Khz.  Loop bearing was SE/NW from my location.  Noise abruptly
disappeared at 20:10 CDT.  Anyone have any idea who this was on either
1060Khz or 1040Khz with IBOC?
