Less active on weekends? That implies something commercial or industrial. But the source for(s) Wobbler would have to be near each Wobbler station or getting on the phone lines that carry the stuff from La Habana to the provinces. More than one source or one big industrial source there in La Habana that gets into all the networks' program feedlines.

Maybe this begins to narrow the possibilities down. Makes a pausible explanation more possible. Probably eliminates likelyhood of communications between Star Ship Kommie and Fidel Kastro.
