[IRCA] KLIV-1590 off the air

1590 KLIV San Jose, CA not on at 1343 PDT 06/05.  Weak SS talk and 
        music heard from the northeast, probably KQLO Sun Valley, NV.
        Measured at 1590.0004 kHz.  KLIV still off at 1430 PDT.
