I was following this thread about activity on 1710 kHz, and I happened to be
going thru links on the IRCA site today. I happened to go to
hard-core-dx.com where I noticed this as the day's "Top Story":

ARGENTINA:
"AM1710", Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, is now in 1710 Khz (ex 1700 Khz)
with experimental programation (romantic music in spanish & ID's). The
station has a web page in www.am1700.com.ar
It is possible hear "AM1710" in the third harmonic: 5130 Khz (1710 x 3)
