This does not surprise me. I would guess that 1700 is running 10 KW ND
24/7. They are pretty strong up here at night. 620/1030 are blocked so I
have not heard either of them so far. But 1700 is strong enough. It
would not surprise me to find out from 1610-1700 to have border blasters
in the future running 10 KW ND (At least). This I am sure will cause a
lot of trouble to US broadcasters, but IBOC will QRM the Mexicans too.
