980 WHSR is loud and IBOCing away, heard from here in Boca.  Just tuned them in and they pegged the meter on 980 while spreading hiss and splatter all over 970 and 990.  Station is ethnic, at 1015 EDT appeared to be a French like language, man talking with guests/callers(?).

  980       WRNE    Gulf Breeze   heard first time, strong from beach,
Manasoviet Key
 
               WHSR    Pompano      gone missing.  Strong for several weeks.
 
               COCO    Habana         back from the dead. Good sig in Gulf
Breeze null.
 
                             Makes it over WFLA 970 digital roar which is 60
db on R-390 S Meter.
