[IRCA] 942 kHz

         On occasion, I've noticed a carrier on 942.0 kHz. Not every night, 
and in fact, the last time was 29 April at 2353 ELT / 0353 UTC (30 April). 
Never enough for audio and, again, noted infrequently.

         I've never noticed the frequency in bulletins, or else I simply 
overlooked it. Ideas?
