[IRCA] CFTR over my 50 KW local WCBM

I am hearing CFTR blowing away my local 50 Kw local WCBM, which is only 12 
miles away.  Their antenna must be way out of whack.

680 CFTR ON Toronto. 4/30 2222-2230  Weather with temps in Celsius, hot tub ad, 
and ID as "Toronto's only all news radio station."  Local WCBM phase nulled. 
Interference from presumed WPTF and a latin (either Cuba or Puerto Rico).  The 
Wobbler was making trouble too.  New here.  (WJH-MD)
