[IRCA] KTCT Tower Site

Dennis,

         The towers are to the west of Russell City (never heard of it 
before) --- find West Winton Avenue, and they're about 0.5 miles to the 
nortwest of the end of the Avenue; and about 1 mile slightly southwest of 
the Hayward Air Terminal....or so the coordinates indicate.
