[IRCA] Strange sounds on 1590

Can anyone in the Pacific North-West identify what the heck I'm hearing on 
1590....a machinery sounding rumble.  I'd swear it was jamming, but can't 
be.  Oops, just clicked off and went back to the normal programming of the 
Seattle religous station.  Wonder whether something got stuck.  Strange!
