[IRCA] KEX Using IBOC???

1190    KEX    This evening just before 7 PM (PDT), I was tuning by 1190
and heard KEX, as I got to 1200, I heard an S9 signal of the whoosing
which had to be IBOC. After 8 PM, when I tuned back it was gone. I am
not 100% sure, but it sure sounded like it. KLAY-1180 was buried in the
noise, but audible. I did not try to phase it. Nothing was noted as yet
on 1200.
